Sayre Elementary School is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-centered Pre-K Aide to join our team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must meet all district and state requirements for employment

• Must pass the Paraprofessional Pro Assessment (Parapro Test) or meet state qualifications for a paraprofessional position

• Ability to work effectively with young children, teachers, and families

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment

• Work collaboratively as a team member

• Show patience, kindness, and enthusiasm when working with children

• Support the classroom teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional and classroom activities

• Support students individually and in small groups

• Help supervise students during classroom, playground, cafeteria, and transition times

• Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources

• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

• Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and administration

WTC Bus Driver Position

Bus Drivers

Position Overview

Sayre Public Schools is accepting applications for dependable, safety-minded individuals to serve as Bus Drivers. We are seeking team members who are committed to transporting students safely and responsibly each day while representing our district with professionalism and care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities.

• Follow all traffic laws and district transportation policies.

• Maintain order and safety on the bus.

• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements required (or willingness to obtain).

• Clean driving record.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

• Ability to work positively with students of all ages.
