I was raised on a farm between Merritt and Sayre where I grew up learning how to work hard and often. I graduated HS from Merritt in 1991 and then attended Oklahoma State University and finished my degree in education at SWOSU. My first job was at BFDC in 1995 and from there I went on to Elk City where I coached girls basketball and softball. I then went to Hinton in 2001 where I coached girls basketball and have been at Sayre since 2006. I am currently the Athletic Director and coach JH and HS girls basketball. My wife's name is Jenny Richardson and we have six children and one grandson: Reagan 21 and her son Liam 3 mos, Macee 20, Rachel 18, Ryann 17, and twin boys Braedyn and Camdyn who are both 11. I spend my time watching my children play sports, farming, and running a full lawn service. Any free time I have is spent with my family, watching sports, and reading. I enjoy watching and following the OSU Cowboys, OKC Thunder, Chicago Cubs, and the Dallas Cowboys.
