Meet the Teacher
Deidra Damron
I am so excited to join the first-grade team this year I am coming back from a break in teaching. I have a masters degree as a reading specialist, and I have 30 years experience teaching. Most of those were in elementary. The rest was in the middle school. I love the kids of Sayre and am happy to be back.
My husband, Mark, and I live on a farm south of Sayre where we farm cotton, peanuts, alfalfa, as well as raise cattle. We have two married children and 5 amazing grandkids.
I enjoy spending time with my grandkids and watching them participate in various activities.
