Strategic Planning Phase I & II
Phase I and II are complete! Through multiple forums and surveys we were able to collect over a thousand responses during the “Engage” phase. Thank you for your input! On October 26th and 27th our Planning Team, composed of students, parents, community members, teachers and administrators met to analyze data collected from Phase I to answer the question, “Where are we now?” By the end of Phase II, goal areas were decided along with Performance Objectives for each goal area. Next up… Phase III in January! The strategic planning committee will work to develop action plans for each of the goal areas. We couldn't be more excited about the progress that has been made so far in this process. A big thanks to all who took part in the online survey and/or the community forum and each of the committee members that have been generous enough to donate their time!
